The BL-8060 and BL-8070 are desktop 2D scanners that sit on the counter for hands-free presentation scanning.
Complete your POS setup with our Nexa receipt printer range, offering reliable and affordable thermal receipt printing solutions for retail, hospitality, and other point-of-sale environments.
1D or 2D?
Choose a 1D Nexa scanner like the ZED 1600 if you only scan standard retail line barcodes. Frequently asked questions
Q: Are Nexa scanners plug and play?
A: Yes. Nexa USB scanners work as plug and play keyboard devices, so the barcode is entered into the active field with no driver to install on Windows, Mac or most web POS.
Q: Which Nexa scanner reads QR codes?
A: The 2D models, such as the ZED 2601, ZED 2251, ZED 2651 and BL-8070, read QR codes and 2D barcodes. The ZED 1600 is 1D laser and reads line barcodes only.
Q: Does Nexa make a wireless scanner?
A: Yes. The ZED 2651 is a wireless 2D scanner and the ZED 2251 is a compact Bluetooth 2D scanner, both giving you freedom to move from the counter.
Q: Are Nexa scanners good value?
A: Nexa is our value-focused scanner brand, starting from around $79 inc GST, suited to retailers who want reliable everyday scanning without a premium price.
