The SAM4S SPS-320 is a high-featured single-station system cash register built for demanding retail and hospitality counters. It prints receipts on a fast direct thermal mechanism at up to 23 lines per second with a built-in auto cutter and drop-in paper loading, and shows transactions on an 8-line by 32-character backlit LCD operator display.
As a standalone electronic cash register it needs no computer or POS software: program up to 20,000 PLUs with up to five prices each, track up to 200 table accounts, and use Eat In, Takeaway and Drive Thru functions for food service. Three RS232 ports plus USB connect a scanner, scale, kitchen printer or PC, and IRC networking links up to 16 registers across a multi-till site.
