It prints crisp text, barcodes and logos at 203 dpi and at up to 8 inches (203mm) per second, which makes it noticeably faster than the ZD420 and ZD421 at 6 ips. Labels can be printed up to 104mm wide, making it a true 4-inch printer. Zebra's OpenAccess design keeps media loading quick and jam-free, while dual media sensors handle a wide range of label and tag stock. It speaks both ZPL and EPL, so it drops straight into existing Zebra label formats and barcode software.

Choose the ZD620 for higher volumes, faster throughput, networked and serial connectivity and an optional on-printer display. A direct thermal ZD620 and a 300 dpi ZD620 are also available if your application calls for ribbon-free printing or finer resolution.
