Element MP11NX 10.95" Android 13 POS Tablet
An 8-core Android 13 tablet with a built-in 2D scanner, NFC, 4G and an 8000mAh battery, that docks on a counter as a fixed till and lifts off for service on the floor.
About the Element MP11NX
The Element MP11NX is an all-in-one Android POS tablet that does two jobs for the price of one device. Docked on its stand it is the counter till. Lifted off, it is a handheld terminal that takes payment at the table, in the aisle or at the door. This is part number TTETMP11NX004, the 4GB / 64GB build with 4G and Wi-Fi, a battery, Android 13, and a protective case in the box.
Three things are built in that a consumer tablet running a POS app cannot give you. A 2D scanner on the top edge reads barcodes and QR codes properly, rather than fighting with a camera app. Android NFC makes the tablet itself the payment reader when it is enabled with PaySuite FLEX, so there is no separate pinpad to buy, pair and charge. And an 8000mAh battery with a 6nm 8-core processor is specified to run a shift, not an afternoon.
It is also EDLA certified, which is the part IT departments care about: a licensed enterprise Android build rather than a grey-import tablet, so Google services and managed updates behave predictably. PaySuite HUB adds MDM and TMS style remote management across a fleet.
Why choose the MP11NX
Where it fits
Order and pay at the table, then drop the tablet back on the dock to run as the counter till through the rush.
Scan, look up stock and take payment beside the customer in the aisle instead of walking them to a till.
4G, a full-shift battery and NFC payment on the device mean a stall needs no fixed line and no separate pinpad.

Handheld or docked?
The MP11NX is specified to work both ways, and the difference is not the tablet, it is the stand. The tablet itself carries a single USB-C port. The docking stand is what turns it into a wired counter till, because the ports live in the stand rather than in the tablet. If you need a cash drawer or a wired network at the counter, you need the stand as well as the tablet.
| Tablet on its own (this page) | Tablet plus rotatable stand | |
|---|---|---|
| Ports available | 1 x USB-C on the tablet | Adds 3 x USB-A, DC jack, RJ45 Ethernet, RJ12 cash drawer |

| Screen to the customer | Hand it over or turn it | Rotates to face the customer at 45° or the operator at 30° |
| Orientation | However you hold it | Landscape and portrait on the stand |

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the stand in the photos included?
No. This part number is the tablet and its protective case. The stand in the images is the optional rotatable docking stand, part number TTETMP11NX005, which you can add to this order using the option on this page or buy separately from the Element MP11NX Rotatable Stand page. Element also lists a fixed landscape stand if you never need the screen to turn.
Can it take card payments on its own?
It can take contactless payments. The tablet has Android NFC built in, and when it is enabled with PaySuite FLEX the tablet itself becomes the card reader, so a customer taps their card or phone on the tablet. Note that Element specifies this as contactless only: there is no chip-and-PIN slot or magnetic stripe reader in the device, so if you need to accept inserted or swiped cards you will still want a separate pinpad. Call 1300 115 808 and we will talk through what your payment provider supports.
Do I need the stand to use a cash drawer?
Yes. The tablet on its own has a single USB-C port. The cash drawer port (RJ12), the Ethernet port, the DC jack and the three USB-A ports are all in the docking stand, which is how Element has designed it. A counter that needs a till drawer needs the stand as well.
What barcode types will the scanner read?
It is a 2D imager, so it reads both 1D retail barcodes and 2D codes such as QR and Data Matrix. That covers product barcodes, loyalty QR codes on a customer's phone, e-vouchers and digital tickets. The scanner window is on the top edge of the tablet.
Will it run my POS software?
It runs Android 13 and is EDLA certified, which means it is a licensed enterprise Android device with proper Google services rather than a grey import. Any Android point of sale app from the Play Store will install. What is worth confirming before you order is whether your POS vendor has certified the MP11NX specifically, particularly if you intend to use PaySuite FLEX for payments. Ask us and we will check.
How long does the battery last?
Element specifies an 8000mAh 3.8V battery, which is sized for a trading shift rather than a couple of hours. Real runtime depends on screen brightness, how much scanning you do and whether you are on 4G or Wi-Fi. If the tablet spends most of its day docked it charges through the stand and battery life stops being a consideration at all.
Can I put a SIM in it?
Yes. There is a nano SIM slot for 4G, a nano SAM slot for payment security modules, and a micro SD slot if you want more storage. The 4G option is the reason this device suits markets, food trucks and pop-ups where there is no fixed internet.
How does it compare to a fixed all-in-one terminal?
A fixed terminal such as the Element 485 gives you a bigger 15.1" screen, a Windows environment, three serial ports and mains power, and it never moves. The MP11NX trades screen size and port count for the ability to leave the counter. Sites that need both usually run a fixed terminal at the main till and an MP11NX for table or floor service.
The Element MP11NX (TTETMP11NX004) is an all-in-one Android 13 POS tablet for Australian retail and hospitality, supplied with a protective case. It runs a 6nm 8-core processor (2 x Cortex-A76 at 2.2GHz plus 6 x Cortex-A55 at 2.0GHz) with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, behind a 10.95" IPS 1200 x 1920 touchscreen. A 2D scanner, 2MP camera, Android NFC, 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS and an 8000mAh battery are built in, in a 264.8 x 173.9 x 16.8 mm body weighing 780g. Payments are contactless only, through PaySuite FLEX and the on-board NFC. The tablet carries one USB-C port; three USB-A ports, a DC jack, 100Mbps Ethernet and an RJ12 cash drawer port are provided by the optional docking stand (TTETMP11NX005), which also rotates the screen to face the customer at 45 degrees or the operator at 30 degrees. Certification covers EDLA, CE, FCC, UL, RoHS and RCM.
