How is freight calculated?

We offer flat rate freight of $22.

How long until my order is delivered?

For items that are in stock, deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metropolitan addresses will be delivered within 3 working days from goods being despatched. Deliveries to all other locations in Australia will be made within a maximum of 10 working days. For items that are not in stock we will advise you on ETA for delivery.

Important note!

All deliveries are sent with registered couries who MUST obtain a signature at time of delivery - they are not permitted to leave goods without a signature and will return the goods back to our warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods.

If the goods are for home use you might want to have the goods sent care of your work address as we cannot predict the exact time that the couriers will deliver to your home (deliveries can occur anywhere between 9:00am-5:00pm weekdays, depending on your postcode).

Why is it important to indicate Residential or Business Address?

Different couriers are used for residential and business addresses. Residential deliveries require a specific service to ensure they are delivered promptly and it is important that you indicate the correct address type in your shipping information.

Returns Policy

Please choose your products carefully and ensure they are suitable for your configuration or needs. We do not provide Refund and/or Exchange. If the Product is unopened and not used, under exceptional circumstances (at our discretion and within 7 days of the purchase), we may approve the Return/Exchange. Customers have to pay the freight to send items back to POS PLAZA. Also the refund amount does not include the original freight that was paid by the customer at the time of ordering the goods.  The return is only approved if our suppliers have agreed to the return.

For items that are approved for refund, a Re-Stocking Fee of 20% will be applied to Returned products. Products must be returned in full packaging and NOT USED for the Refund to be approved. Consumables are not refundable.

In addition, customer are required to fill out a Return Authority (RA) form in order for us to process the return. This RA form needs to be sent with the returned items.

Please note that no refund is available for consumables under any circumstances.
